Worked on JavaScript, jQuery, workflows, business rules, security, and authentications
Experience in Agile deliveries and tight timescales
Experience on-premise/cloud, support, upgrades, and migrations
Worked on D365 customization and configuration
Familiar with Microsoft methodology and able to articulate and understand customer pain points
Experience in integration with third-party applications
Awareness of mobility in CRM
Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs
Experience with marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, ClickDimensions
Responsible for designing solutions to address pain points and delivering them
Develop solutions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations
Certified on D365 CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, PowerBI
