Role Description The Technical Coordinator Quantity Surveying and Contract Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing quantities, estimates, rate analyses, and cost plans, as well as assisting in tender documentation, bid evaluations, and contract preparation. The position involves coordinating with design, planning, and site teams to track project progress, validate contractor bills, and monitor variations and claims. The role includes maintaining contract documentation, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual terms. The Technical Coordinator will also prepare regular reports, support client communication, and contribute to process improvements in quantity surveying and contract management.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in quantity surveying, including quantity take-off, estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost control.
  • Experience in contract management: tendering, bid evaluation support, contract drafting, variation and claims management, and contractual correspondence.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering and office software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage).
  • Understanding of civil engineering design and construction processes, specifications, and relevant standards or codes.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams, contractors, clients, and consultants.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certification or training in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
