Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content such as blogs, website pages, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation
- Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams
- Develop SEO-optimized content aligned with digital marketing strategies
- Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics
- Proofread and edit content before publication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer
- Strong understanding of Software / SaaS / IT products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
