Job overview
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can craft high-clarity, expert-level content for ML engineers, infra architects, and AI leaders. You'll translate complex infrastructure ideas into crisp narratives, diagrams, and documentation that help accelerate awareness, evaluation, and adoption of Simplismart.
What is expected from you-
A. Top-of-Funnel (Thought Leadership + Awareness)
- Deep technical blogs (e.g., model optimizations, how to deploy xyz model, etc)
- LinkedIn-style executive posts from a founder/engineering POV
- Event recaps with engineering POV (e.g., NVIDIA GTC, KubeCon)
B. Middle-of-Funnel (Evaluation/Engagement)
- Whitepapers (e.g., on infra-native GenAI, scaling STT/TTS/LLM)
- Platform breakdowns (Smart Inference Engine, Observability, SLA adherence)
- Use-case driven narratives (e.g., medical transcription, real-time call analysis)
C. Bottom-of-Funnel (Conversion & Support)
- Technical product documentation (SDK, CLI, YAML workflows)
- Setup & deployment guides (on-prem, multi-GPU, streaming inference)
- Release notes, changelogs
What we are looking for-
Understanding of ML engineering and infra concepts:
- MLOps orchestration, model serving (vLLM, SGLang, TGI, Triton)
- GPU utilization, autoscaling, container orchestration
- Streaming inference, async APIs, fine-tuning pipelines
Clear understanding of the audience:
- ML engineers, infra engineers, AI architects
- VP Engineering, Head of AI - (Decision makers / buyers)
- Translate complex infra into digestible visuals + narratives
Systems thinking & architecture-level writing:
- Visualize and explain flows like Model Autoscaling Lifecycle or End-to-End GenAI Pipeline with Simplismart
- Use diagrams, visuals, and callouts effectively.
