Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and user-focused content across product documentation, blogs, digital platforms, and video formats.This role goes beyond traditional documentation and requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content for customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to create high-quality technical and marketing content that drives product understanding and adoption. The candidate should also be comfortable appearing on camera for product walkthroughs, explainer videos, and digital content when required.

Key Responsibilities
1.Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including
- User guides
- Technical manuals
- Release notes
- Installation/configuration guides
- Knowledge base articles
- Ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates
- Review and improve existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Follow structured documentation standards and best practices
2. Technical & Marketing Content Creation
- Write blogs, articles, and thought-leadership content related to products, technology, and industry use cases
- Develop website content including product pages, solution pages, and technical explainers
- Create case studies, application notes, and customer-facing content
- Support sales enablement content such as presentations and product explainers
3.Video & Multimedia Content
- Write scripts for -
- Product explainer videos
- Demo videos
- Educational/technical videos
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for -
- Product walkthroughs
- Knowledge-sharing videos
- Marketing and social media content
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams for video and visual content creation
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Sales, and Marketing to gather inputs and understand product features.
- Participate in product discussions to stay aligned with updates and roadmap.
- Convert technical inputs into customer-friendly content for multiple audiences.
5. Content Quality & Process
- Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and terminology across all content.
- Manage multiple content and documentation projects simultaneously.
- Maintain content repositories and ensure version control.
- Continuously improve content based on feedback from customers and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Technology, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing/content creation in a technology or product-based company
- Experience in engineering-driven products is a plus
Core Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience writing both documentation and marketing-oriented technical content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Tools & Additional Skills
- Experience with documentation tools (MS Word, FrameMaker, or similar)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, blogs, and LinkedIn content is a plus
- Basic understanding of video scripting and content creation
- Comfortable speaking on camera for professional content when required
