Our pharmacy services are GPhC registered and clinician led, with patient safety governing every decision before commercial ones get a hearing.

We are a fast paced team moving quickly in a heavily regulated space. That combination is the interesting part, and it is why we care as much about clinical governance and compliance as we do about product and growth.

The role

We are looking for Technical Content Writers to produce accurate, compliant and genuinely useful health content across our UK pharmacy and supplement brands. You will write treatment pages, condition guides, medication information, product descriptions, blog articles, FAQs and email content, all grounded in clinical evidence and written to UK pharmacy advertising standards.

This is a role for writers who already know the UK online pharmacy space: how to write about prescription only medicines without breaching MHRA rules, how to reference NICE, NHS and BNF sources properly, and how to make complex clinical information clear without dumbing it down. Every piece you write will go through pharmacist review, so you need to be comfortable working with clinical feedback.

What you will do

• Write and update treatment pages, condition guides, medication information and product descriptions for our pharmacy and supplement brands
• Produce SEO led blog articles, FAQs and long form guides on weight management, sexual health, hair loss, skincare and other treatment areas
• Write email and CRM content for lifecycle flows and campaigns
• Research and reference clinical sources accurately: NICE, NHS, BNF, SmPCs and peer reviewed studies
• Ensure all content complies with MHRA, ASA and GPhC rules, including restrictions on advertising prescription only medicines and permitted health claims for supplements
• Work with pharmacists and the Clinical Lead to get content reviewed and signed off
• Work with the SEO team on keyword briefs, structure and on page optimisation
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and style across brands
• Keep existing content up to date as guidance, licensing and product ranges change

What you need

• 3+ years writing health or medical content, with at least 2 years for a UK online pharmacy, telehealth or regulated healthcare brand
• Strong understanding of MHRA, ASA and GPhC advertising rules and how they shape health content
• Proven ability to research and reference clinical sources accurately (NICE, NHS, BNF, SmPCs)
• Portfolio of published health content showing clear, accurate and readable writing
• Experience writing SEO content to briefs and working with keyword research
• Comfortable receiving and applying clinical review feedback
• Excellent written English, and able to work regular overlap on UK hours

Nice to have

• Pharmacy, nursing, life sciences or medical writing background
• Experience writing about GLP-1 and weight management treatments
• Experience writing supplement content within EU and UK nutrition and health claims rules
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress and Customer.io or Klaviyo
