Technical Content Writer

Required Skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly, and plagiarism-free documentation.
• Experience in SEO content writing, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, metadata creation, and writing search-engine-friendly technical blogs, web pages, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of technology and software applications with the ability to create technically accurate content.
• Ability to conduct in-depth web research to gather and validate technical information from reliable sources.
• Experience collaborating with developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and documentation review meetings.
• Ensure documentation complies with established writing styles, templates, branding guidelines, and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of technical writing best practices, including Single Sourcing, Minimalism, Structured Authoring, and Topic-Based Writing (DITA concepts).
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and content quality assurance skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Business Analysis and documentation tools such as Balsamiq Cloud and Microsoft Visio.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC).
• Basic UI/UX design knowledge with hands-on experience in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using wireframing tools.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown, or Git.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO performance tracking tools is an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for content research and productivity
