Technical Content Writer - (IT service writing)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Content Writer specializing in IT service writing. Based in Ahmedabad, this role involves creating detailed and accurate technical content for various platforms, developing content strategies, conducting in-depth research on IT-related topics, proofreading and editing content to ensure quality, and supporting the marketing team with compelling and well-structured written materials. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with organizational goals and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Writing, and crafting clear, concise, and engaging content
• Experience in developing Content Strategies and conducting Research, especially in IT services
• Ability to Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively
• Strong understanding of IT services and related terminology is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in IT or technology domains is preferred
