Technical Content Writer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically adept Technical Content Writer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will transform complex AI, cloud, and enterprise technology concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers.

You will play a key role in defining our brand voice, shaping product messaging, and creating high-impact content across marketing, sales, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Messaging & Positioning

• Develop and maintain the company's messaging framework, value propositions, and positioning strategy.

• Create consistent messaging across customer-facing channels.

• Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

2. Product Marketing & Website Content

• Write and optimize website copy, landing pages, product descriptions, and solution narratives.

• Develop product messaging that communicates features, benefits, and differentiation.

3. Thought Leadership & Technical Content

• Create blogs, executive articles, whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.

• Develop content around Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Sovereign AI, Enterprise Observability, Compliance, Governance, and Contact Center AI.

4. Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral

• Create presentations, brochures, solution briefs, one-pagers, and pitch decks.

• Support enterprise sales conversations with compelling content.

5. Market Research & Industry Insights

• Track AI trends, enterprise technology developments, and competitor activities.

• Convert insights into educational and strategic content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B technology content writing.

• Experience in SaaS, AI, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, Data Platforms, or Automation Technologies.

• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Ability to write for both technical and business audiences.

• Strong understanding of content strategy and brand messaging.

• Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and translate them into business-focused narratives.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing about AI/ML, Data Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Automation Platforms.

• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas.

• Experience building messaging frameworks and positioning documents.
