About The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Content Writer who can craft clear, concise, and engaging content to communicate
product updates, release notes, announcements, and knowledge articles to our customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills with prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies, ensuring updates are published in a professional and user-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and publish product updates, release notes, and announcements across web, app, and email channels.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand new features and communicate them effectively to end-users.
- Maintain and update help center articles, FAQs, and product documentation.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, style guide, and clarity standards.
- Work with marketing and customer success teams to ensure updates reach the right audience.
- Optimize content for usability, readability, and SEO where applicable.
- Track engagement on published updates and refine content strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Prior exposure to SaaS products, release notes, or knowledge base content.
- Familiarity with content publishing tools, CMS platforms, or helpdesk software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple updates simultaneously.
