Role Description :
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized technical content for digital platforms. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences while aligning with business and marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities :
- Create, edit, and maintain technical content including website content, blogs, product documentation, guides, and knowledge-base articles
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
- Collaborate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Conduct in-depth research to produce fact-based, high-quality technical content
- Optimize content for SEO, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand tone
Required Skills & Competency Skills
Technical Writer & Language Skills :
- Strong experience in technical writing, preferably in digital media or technology
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple, structured manner
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail
- Adaptability in tone and style (technical, formal, conversational, etc.)
- Storytelling skills to create engaging, reader-focused content
SEO Knowledge :
- Understanding of SEO-oriented content creation
- Experience with keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner
- Knowledge of on-page SEO practices (H1/H2 tags, meta tags, URL structure, search intent)
- Ability to write content that aligns with user search intent
Strategic Thinking :
- Content planning and development of topic clusters
- Ability to analyze competitors and identify content gaps
- Contribution to content calendars and long-term content strategies
Technical Tools :
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Teams and collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle feedback constructively
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Literature, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing previous technical writing work (mandatory)
