Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and high-quality content for our B2B software solutions built on MS Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex concepts and creating content that supports marketing efforts and drives business impact / Lead Generation.

Candidates with experience in IT, SaaS, or software product/solution-based environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write content for websites, blogs, and articles
• Create marketing assets such as case studies, press releases, infographics and campaigns
• Contribute to product documentation and user-focused content
• Support social media content updates when required
• Apply SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve content visibility and discoverability
• Ensure content quality, clarity, and consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated with industry trends and content best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in content writing (B2B or IT/software domain preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and sales
• Understanding of business communication and marketing messaging
• Basic knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and email marketing practices
• Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to MS Dynamics 365, enterprise software, or SaaS products
• Experience working in a software product or solution-based company
• Familiarity with social media content and optimization
