Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical content for our company's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Write user guides, product manuals, and technical documentation
- Ensure content is clear, concise, and easy to understand
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Experience with content management systems and tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, and RoboHelp
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and XML
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
