Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Experience with content management systems and tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, and RoboHelp
