We deliver tailored solutions across customer portals, enterprise websites, intranets, and digital platforms, helping organizations build meaningful and scalable digital experiences.

Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 0–1 years of experience who can create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website and marketing channels. Prior experience with Liferay is not mandatory, but a strong foundation in technical writing within the IT domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities Write and manage website content including service pages, solution pages, and landing pagesCreate technical marketing content such as blogs, LinkedIn posts, and case studiesSimplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly languageCollaborate with technical and business teams to gather inputs and develop contentEnsure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with marketing objectivesMaintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications 0–1 years of experience in technical content writing (IT/software domain)Strong understanding of technology concepts such as DXP, CMS, SaaS, APIs, etc.Excellent written English and storytelling skillsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (e.g., Liferay)Basic understanding of SEO and content structuringExperience writing for B2B audiences is a plus

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)Exposure to platforms like Liferay, CMS, or enterprise softwareExperience writing for LinkedIn or digital marketing campaignsUnderstanding of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
