We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our growing team at Pansophic Technologies. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality content that communicates complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible, and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your work will support product documentation, thought leadership, customer education, and marketing initiatives across our AI-driven platform and solutions.

• Write and edit technical documents, including user manuals, API documentation, how-to guides, product release notes, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to gather accurate information and ensure content clarity and accuracy.
• Create clear and concise in-product content, tooltips, and walkthroughs to enhance user experience.
• Develop blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs focused on AI, automation, multi-agent systems, and enterprise software.
• Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for various audiences.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases, documentation libraries, and team wikis.
• Stay up-to-date with product changes, feature updates, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Contribute to the content strategy for product marketing, onboarding flows, and support materials.

• 34 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software, SaaS, or AI/ML company.
• Exceptional written English with a strong command of grammar, structure, and tone.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them simply and clearly.
• Experience working with tools like Markdown, Confluence, Notion, Git, Figma, or similar.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple assignments with tight deadlines.

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, or cloud platforms.
• Experience writing for developer audiences or creating API documentation.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, content structuring, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile workflows.
• Previous experience with documentation tools like ReadMe, Swagger, or Docusaurus.
