About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Content Manager to oversee our Microsoft technology course catalog and content library. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of technical training content, ensuring that courses remain accurate, up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with evolving Microsoft technologies and business priorities.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, excellent content management skills, and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain the organization's technical course catalog and content repository.
- Organize, categorize, and manage learning assets including courses, labs, assessments, presentations, videos, and documentation.
- Review existing content periodically to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate with technical content developers, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers to keep content current.
- Track Microsoft product releases, certification updates, and technology changes to identify content requiring updates.
- Maintain version control and content lifecycle management processes.
- Ensure metadata, tagging, naming conventions, and catalog structure are consistently maintained.
- Publish and retire courses within the LMS and related learning platforms.
- Monitor content quality, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Generate reports on catalog health, content utilization, and update schedules.
- Support content migration, syndication, and integration activities across learning platforms.
- Participate in defining content governance processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical content management, LMS administration, instructional content operations, or learning program management.
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies such as:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Fabric
- Dynamics 365
- Security & Compliance
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience maintaining large digital content libraries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Microsoft technical training or certification programs.
- Knowledge of content lifecycle management and version control.
- Experience with Microsoft Learn, Partner Center, or enterprise learning platforms.
- Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform) are a plus.
