About Factual Minds
Factual Minds is an executive-led AI, Cloud, and Data Engineering consultancy and an official AWS Partner. We help US enterprises modernize their data infrastructure, adopt scalable AI/ML solutions, and implement robust cloud governance frameworks.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Content & Growth Marketing Manager based in India to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for our US audience. You will be responsible for translating complex cloud, AI, and enterprise data topics into compelling LinkedIn leadership posts, technical newsletters, high-impact webinars, and industry thought leadership articles.
You will work directly with our C-suite and technical architects to build market authority, generate partner pipeline, and establish Factual Minds as a premiere AWS and Cloud Consulting Partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Thought Leadership & Social Growth
Content Creation: Write and schedule 4–5 weekly high-converting LinkedIn posts for the corporate company page and executive profiles (focusing on Enterprise AI, Data Architecture, AWS Cloud Migration, and ROI metrics).
Community Engagement: Engage with cloud community discussions, AWS announcements, and industry trends to increase brand visibility across US decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of AI/Data).
2. Newsletter Creation & Distribution
End-to-End Ownership: Own the monthly/bi-weekly newsletter (content writing, curation, visual layout, and email blast setup).
Audience Growth: Distribute technical insights, client success stories, industry news, and AWS partner updates to build an engaged subscriber base of B2B enterprise leads.
3. End-to-End Webinar Management
Event Strategy: Concept, plan, and execute quarterly webinars featuring Factual Minds leadership and guest speakers from the AWS/Cloud ecosystem.
Promotion & Repurposing: Create pre-webinar promotional assets (landing pages, email invite sequences, LinkedIn banners) and post-webinar repurposing (on-demand clips, blog summaries, slide decks).
4. Articles & Long-Form Marketing Content
Technical Collateral: Author high-impact technical blog posts, whitepapers, customer case studies, and AWS partner co-marketing collateral.
Asset Repurposing: Repurpose technical solutions into easily digestible formats (infographics, carousel decks, PDF cheat sheets) for lead generation.
5. Partner Marketing & Campaign Analytics
APN Alignment: Align content strategy with AWS Partner Network (APN) messaging, co-marketing plays, and cloud competency pushes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance analytics (impressions, open rates, CTRs, webinar registrations, lead conversions) and continuously optimize channel performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing specifically within B2B SaaS, Cloud Services, or Global IT Consultancies.
- Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience creating marketing content tied to major cloud platforms—preferably AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- US Market Fluency: Flawless written and spoken English, with a deep understanding of US corporate tech buyer personas and professional tone.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to interview internal technical architects and translate complex cloud concepts (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, Data Pipelines, LLM/Generative AI governance) into engaging content.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation, design, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoom Webinars, Google Analytics).
