Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Consultant role based in Kochi, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions. The responsibilities include delivering technical support for D365 F&O and POS systems, troubleshooting technical issues, performing analysis to improve system performance, and providing expert consultations. Collaboration with teams across departments, meeting client needs, and ensuring optimal system functionality are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and delivering tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
• Expertise in technical support and development in D365.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft D365 F&O and POS systems is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus.
