- Test and validate integrations, fixing issues before go-live
- Work with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly
- Create technical documentation, including integration guides, configuration trackers and troubleshooting manuals

- Be the main technical contact through the implementation lifecycle and ensure a smooth handover to post-go-live support
- Spot integration risks early and resolve them with stakeholders
- Build deep knowledge of RippleHire's product configuration options
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in technical implementation, software deployment or system integration
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, ideally in HR Tech or SaaS

- Experience with SAML, OAuth and JWT
- Good knowledge of databases, SQL queries and data migration

- Strong troubleshooting skills across complex systems
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical people
- A self-starter who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Experience implementing ATS, HRMS or recruitment automation tools
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and DevOps practices
- Experience with ETL and large-scale data migrations
- Exposure to AI-powered recruitment technology
