Job Description – Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support portfolio management and capital market platforms, including SS&C Advent APX, Moxy, and Tradex.
2. Analyze business and technical requirements to understand client workflows and system needs.
3. Identify integration points between client workflows and Advent products and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Document customized requirements and prepare technical specifications for solution development, customization, and platform integration.
5. Develop and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for new and existing solutions.
6. Create custom solutions and automate business workflows using advanced SQL queries.
7. Act as a liaison between business teams, the organization, and central IT.
8. Coordinate with internal and external technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve production and application support issues.
9. Support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting portfolio management and capital market systems.
• Hands-on experience with SS&C Advent APX, Moxy, and Tradex.
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, and query development.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a long-term assignment.
