Role: Python Lead Consultant

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Python, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, django and NestJS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to provide expert guidance on software development projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultancy and support for software development projects, focusing on Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Django, Python, AWS, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing insights on technical feasibility and resource requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in django, Python, Drupal (deal breaker skill).
• Strong experience with ReactJS for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of Node.js for back-end development.
• Experience with TypeScript and NestJS frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer facing and handling experience
• Team managing capability to achieve the Sprint commitments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
