About Role:
Technical consultant who can provide high-quality hands-on expertise during implementations working in conjunction with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud and the Support services team.
Day-To-Day:
- Create interfaces [ETL] between client host system and Servigistics .
- Test and support SPM applications for existing clients.
- Develop custom procedures/packages in Java/pl-sql to support adhoc requests of customers.
- Develop reports on BI tool intellicus for dashboarding purposes.
- Fosters an ongoing relationship with Internal team to ensure improved service quality.
- Oversee the execution of core business processes to ensure standards are met, nonconformities are reported.
Must have Skills and Knowledge:
- Create interfaces between client host system and Servigistics using ETL [IICS, Informatica, PDI(kettle)]
- Creating workflow using SOS or similar tools like control M or Active Batch etc.
- Proficient in SQL, pl/sql
- Creating Batch or shell scripting
- Basic Python, AWS s3 will be added advantage
- Experience in migrating IICS ETL to PDI will be added advantage
- Test and support SPM applications for existing clients.
- Develop custom procedures/packages in Java/pl-sql to support adhoc requests of customers.
- Develop reports on BI tool intellicus for dashboarding purposes.
- Fosters an ongoing relationship with Internal team to ensure improved service quality.
- Participates in standard training to facilitate knowledge transfer and train the other team members

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MCA, or related STEM field and 3-5 years of professional experience.
