Work Location – Singapore (East)

Mode of Hire – Long term contract

Mode of Work – Onsite

Shift timings: 7 AM SGT, 4 PM SGT, 12 AM SGT

Shift:Rotational shifts, 5 days a week

Job Description -

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to support ERP/MES implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role involves assisting with system configuration, testing, data validation, user support, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP/MES implementation and deployment activities.
• Gather business requirements and assist with solution configuration.
• Perform testing, data validation, and quality checks.
• Support user training and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
• Maintain project documentation and process records.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or academic exposure relevant to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
