Job Description

Key Requirements:

Strong expertise in IBM Security Identity and Access Management solutions, including identity governance, provisioning, directory integration, and custom adapter development.

Mandatory Skills:

IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG), IBM Verify Identity Governance (IVIG), Custom ISIM/ISVG Adapters, IBM Security Directory Integrator (ISDI/TDI), IBM Security Directory Server (ISDS), IBM DB2, Java.

Good to Have:

Hands-on experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, DB2 replication, HADR, ISDS master-master and master-replica configurations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Configure provisioning policies, lifecycle rules, identity policies, and adoption policies.

* Design ISIM workflows and approval processes using Workflow Designer.

* Configure Separation of Duties (SoD) and access recertification.

* Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of ISIM, DB2, ISDS, and ISDI.

* Manage Disaster Recovery setup and execution.

* Develop custom ISIM adapters using ISDI and implement custom Java extensions.

* Independently configure DB2 replication, HADR, and ISDS master-master and master-replica setups.
