Technical Consultant - Java, SQL

Scope:

A software engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains software solutions while ensuring quality, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Java 8.0, Oracle Sql, any Sql Database, Basic understanding of OOPs, Design patterns, Basic Front end understanding, Python, basic understanding of Data Structures

• Frameworks/Others: Basic understanding of Hibernate and Spring framework

What will you do

• Understands and analyze business requirements and assists in design for accuracy and completeness.

• Develops and maintains relevant product.

• Build/maintain existing react based applications with best-in-class user experience.

• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules

• Participate in testing and debugging to ensure robustness and quality of the code.

• Review and approve code submissions, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, minimizing bugs, and optimizing performance.

What we are looking for:

• Education: BE/ME or B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science, Supply Chain

• Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills.

• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language

• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and Object/Relational frameworks.

• Should be able to write SQL queries, procedures, triggers and do basic performance tuning.

• Functional knowledge of supply chain management domain.

• Prior experience in development or consulting with an enterprise software vendor - preferably in supply chain planning or forecasting area.

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns & protocols, including SOAP, REST, EDI is a plus.

• Capable of building web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Experience with newer web client technologies such as ReactJS preferred.

• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, support
