Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to the Manager.

2. Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report

analysis.

3. Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback

for improvements.

4. Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.

5. Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with at least two technical projects involving diverse
• tech stacks.

2. Communication and Management:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities:

• Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills.

4. Other Qualifications:

• Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating
• with cross-functional teams.
• A motivated individual with a strong commitment to deadlines and delivering
• high-quality results.

duration- 6 months

stipend- 12k/- per month

timings- 11 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week
