Technical Consultant

Job Purpose:

The Platform Engineer III (AI Governance & Risk Engineer) is responsible for implementing and operationalizing Responsible AI governance frameworks across the AI lifecycle to ensure compliance, transparency, and ethical integrity of AI systems. The role focuses on integrating governance controls within AI/ML platforms, assessing and mitigating AI-related risks, and ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards. As a client-facing position, the incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to establish trustworthy AI practices, conduct risk evaluations, and deliver Responsible AI training programs that promote sustainable and compliant AI adoption.

Responsibilities

1. Strong Understanding of the AI lifecycle, including AI/ML development, data governance, risk management, and compliance.
2. Exposure to cloud and ML platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
3. Understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, NIS2, and general cybersecurity best practices.
4. Familiarity with AI governance platforms for model validation, bias detection, and auditability.
5. A solid understanding of AI Red Teaming techniques, resilience validation, and adversarial risk assessment is expected to uphold Responsible AI standards.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in Gen AI/Agentic AI/related field will be an advantage.
