Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder workshops
• Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, and Fixed Assets
• Prepare process flows, functional documentation, data mappings, and integration requirements
• Support extensions, customisations, and system integrations with technical teams
• Deliver user training, documentation, and UAT support
• Resolve system issues and provide post-implementation support
• Recommend best practices and process improvements using standard functionality
• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experiences implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Good understanding of finance, supply chain, and/or project accounting processes
• Ability to convert business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and related platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, or CRM systems
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
