We seek a dynamic Aviation professionals with a strong background in Technical Services (preferably Technical Records) within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a mix of domain expertise, leadership ability, and customer-focused project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee technical projects (M&E Data, Aircraft Transition and Records Management) from initiation through successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations, lease contract requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct technical due diligence, including auditing of aircraft records, Components, LLPs, ADs & MODs along with structural repair documentation.
- Collaborate with customers (airlines and lessors) to manage expectations, resolve queries, and deliver project outcomes.
- Prepare and finalize working standards, workflows, and scope of work in alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present regular progress status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project escalations effectively and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing training where needed.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within project delivery.
- Support organizational initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel for on-site audits, transitions, or customer engagements as required.
- Schedule and prioritize project workloads for optimal resource utilization.
- Implement best work practices and continuously improve efficiency within the team
Industry Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in the aviation domain (with strong exposure to Technical Services / Technical Records).
- Experience in aircraft lease transactions, technical records auditing, and on-site transition projects (e.g., End-of-Lease).
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compliance auditing: Airworthiness Directives (ADs)/SBs/STC, Life Limited Parts (LLPs), Structural Repairs, Hard Time Components.
- Proficiency with M&E systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.).
- Familiarity with Aircraft Technical maintenance records & technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.
- Knowledge of IATA standards for records auditing and Aircraft Lease Contracts.
- Ability to work with OEM platforms.
