Responsibilities
Data Conversion & Migration
- Lead and execute data integration and migration activities from client source systems to the ISW platform.
- Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data conversions.
- Develop and execute data migration scripts while maintaining consistency and data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or gaps through analysis and solution design.
Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex data scenarios to design innovative technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Define and maintain data mapping rules between source and target systems.
- Use tools such as Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to align business requirements with technical solutions.
- Document findings, requirements, and problem statements for review and approval by stakeholders.
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, timelines, and data quality objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and development teams to align project deliverables.
- Conduct impact analysis for identified data gaps and ensure downstream systems are properly managed.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Present findings, requirements, and progress updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
