Qualification- B.Tech/M.Tech ( Mechanical Eng)
- Implement and configure ENOVIA PLM modules (Engineering Central, Program Central, etc.).
- Customize ENOVIA applications using MQL, TCL, and Java/JPOs.
- Integrate ENOVIA with CAD tools and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ENOVIA-related issues.
- Prepare documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and upgrades.
- Stay up to date with new ENOVIA PLM releases, features, and best practices
- Coaching and Mentoring team on CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE Solutions.
- Deliver solution presentations to prospects, at both the end user and senior management level.
- Present 3DEXPERIENCE solutions in live-demos during tradeshows and seminars.
- Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales and post-sales support on ENOVIA, CATIA V5/3DExperiencesolutions.
- Manage and review all technical activities of strategic accounts.
- Execute Tech support responsibilities: End-to-End ownership of tech support request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction via Visit, Phone and E-mail.
Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ENOVIA PLM implementation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of ENOVIA V6 or 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture.
- Proficiency in MQL, TCL, Java/JPO development.
- Understanding of PLM concepts: BOM management, change management, workflows.
- Experience with CAD integrations (CATIA, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good at issue tracking and follow up for closure
