Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Technical Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 46 years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, migration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware
- Develop and maintain custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Provide technical documentation and support during deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation
- Strong experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and REST/SOAP services
- Hands-on experience in plugin development and custom workflow activities
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or third-party tools
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Good understanding of CRM architecture and security model
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
