Technical Consultant - Digital - 2

The consultant will be responsible for development, bug fixing, implementation, support, customization, application/business rules configuration, training, and documentation. The role involves managing customers through a structured methodology to ensure successful solution deployment, knowledge transfer, adherence to best practices, and go-live completion. Projects may be executed on-site or remotely in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop source code to meet application requirements, including testing, bug fixing, version control, and product release activities.
• Execute product implementation, SIT, UAT, and provide solution support at client sites or remotely.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of proprietary software, creating functional specifications and technical design documents.
• Conduct research for product enhancements and component improvements.
• Develop, test, and implement onsite customizations and integrations with third-party solutions as required.
• Provide training to customers on solution functionalities.
• Prepare structured documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes for clients or internal use.
• Follow company rules, policies, and procedures, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Support projects requiring travel to client sites as needed.
