A Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle Incentive Management Cloud should have:

Experience - 2-5 years

At least one End-to-End Implementation Experience: At least one full cycle (requirements gathering to go-live) of Oracle Incentive Management Cloud.

Oracle Certification: Certified in relevant Oracle Cloud modules, preferably Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.

Compensation Plan Design Expertise: Strong experience configuring and designing compensation plans, quotas, Credit & eligibility rules, and integration with other systems.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Webservice and File Based Uploads and compensation-related configurations.

Functional Knowledge: Understanding of incentive compensation business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
