Key Responsibilities-
.Provide comprehensi ve technical pre-sales and post-sales support on CATIA V5/3DExperience solutions.
.Coaching and Mentoring team on CATIA V5/3DEXPERI ENCE Solutions.
.Deliver solution presentations to prospects, at both the end user and senior management level.
.Present 3DEXPERI ENCE solutions in live-demos during tradeshows and seminars
.Planning/delivering trainings, technical workshops and enablement ses sions for customers and internal teams.
.Manage and review all technical activities of strategic accounts.
.Execute Tech support responsibilities: End-to-End ownership of tech support request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction via Visit, Phone and E-mail.
.Determine source of the problem (Product based, installation, Access, Data specific) and suggest/perform bypass methodologies wherever applicable
.Timely deliver answers / solutions to the customers.
.Organize and manage technical sales semi nars/webinar in his territory
.Coordinate Technical Support activities with Tech Support group to increase technical services qual ity and improve customer satisfaction Preferred Skills & Knowledge.
.Must have Experience in CAD platform especially Catia V5/ 3D EXPERIENCE and exposure to PLM will be added advantage.
.Exposure to design and development activities.
.Mentor team members by sharing Technical expertise.
.Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while conti nuously raising the standard of quality Support & Services.
.Good at communication and coordination.
.Good at issue tracking and follow up for closure.
