- Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to assess their infrastructure and operational challenges and designing tailored AIOps solutions.
- This involves implementing AIOps platforms, analysing large volumes of operational data, and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems.
- By focusing on performance optimization and continuous improvement, the consultant helps clients achieve greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in their IT operations.
- An AIOps consultant uses natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML) and natural language pro-cessing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases & delivers a more effective next-best action and accelerates time to resolution.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, strong communication skills, Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms are advantageous
