About Dottr
Dottr is a pre-seed funded, Europe-based (Finland) AI startup. We are building an AI-native e-signature product. The goal is to remove friction from how documents are prepared and signed today.
While today's tools focus on standalone products, uploading documents, placing signature boxes, and managing links, Dottr is reimagining signing as a zero-friction, agent-led experience living inside your email workflows where preparing the document is only one command and signing is as simple as replying Sign to the agent.
The long-term vision is to become an AI signing assistant and document creation tool embedded directly into workflows (email, slack etc), starting with signature automation and expanding into document intelligence and context understanding. Think Docusign 2.0.
The company is backed by Leo Capital, with Rajul Garg (Founder Pine Labs, GlobalLogic) as Chairman.

Role Overview
We're seeking a technical co-founder to shape the foundation and future of Dottr.ai. This is an opportunity to build a category-defining product from the ground up alongside experienced founders in a venture-backed environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-6 years of software engineering experience
- Background of working at top-tier US product companies (0 to 1 journey)
- Graduate of a leading engineering institution in India or internationally
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate vision into technical architecture
- Experience building scalable systems and leading technical teams
- Passion for solving complex user problems with elegant solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration
What You'll Do:
- Define technical strategy and architectural decisions
- Build and scale the engineering team
- Work directly with customers to understand and solve their problems
- Drive product development from concept to production
- Shape company culture and values
This is an equity-heavy role with significant upside and decision-making authority.
