Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Co-Founder to join our team on-site in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of the Slesea platform, ensuring its scalability, security, and performance. You will oversee technical operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with other co-founders to execute the company's vision. Additional responsibilities include researching and implementing new technologies to enhance user experience, as well as supporting the strategic growth of the product.

- Experience in Sales and Marketing to help drive product adoption and business growth
- Technical expertise in software development and leadership to manage development teams and ensure product excellence
- Visionary mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for using technology to simplify healthcare experiences
- Prior experience in startups or healthcare technology is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
