About Us
We are building Tsaask CRM, a next-generation AI-powered sales CRM and outreach platform, optimized for modern AI-driven sales teams. The founder brings 15+ years of global revenue operations leadership, experience scaling sales organizations, and access to global markets including India, UK, and Europe. We are now looking for a Technical Co-Founder to lead engineering and build the product into a world-class SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
Own the entire technology vision
- Define system architecture for a scalable SaaS CRM
- Lead backend, frontend, and AI integration
Lead engineering execution
- Manage backend and frontend engineers
- Ship product features rapidly
- Maintain code quality and infrastructure
Build the product roadmap with the founder
- Translate customer needs into product features
- Prioritize product development
- Build a scalable SaaS platform
AI Integration
- Integrate LLMs and automation capabilities
- Build AI-assisted sales workflows
Infrastructure & DevOps
- Cloud architecture (AWS / GCP)
- Data pipelines
- Security and scalability
Recruit engineering team
- Hire and lead future engineers
- Build engineering culture
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidate profile:
- 48 years engineering experience
- Strong full-stack experience
- Previously built SaaS products
- Startup mindset (speed > perfection)
- Comfortable leading engineers
Strong plus if experience with:
- SaaS CRM systems
- AI / LLM integrations
- API-first architecture
- High-scale backend systems
Education (nice to have)
- IIT / BITS / IIIT / top engineering colleges
- Or strong product engineering experience
