RAlly is a restaurant-first, zero-commission last-mile food delivery platform built to fix the broken economics of food delivery.

We are building a scalable alternative to high-commission platforms, starting from Navi Mumbai and expanding city by city.
Role: Technical Co-Founder / CTO
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to join RAlly at an early stage and own the entire technology vision and execution.
This is a founder-level role, not an employee position.
What You Will Own
End-to-end technical architecture (mobile + backend)
Customer, Restaurant & Delivery Partner apps
Backend systems, APIs, and integrations
3PL / logistics integrations
Payment flows (prepaid only)
Real-time order & delivery tracking
Scalability, security, and performance
Hiring and mentoring developers/interns
Long-term product and tech roadmap
Tech Stack (Preferred)
You don't need to tick every box, but strong experience in most is expected:
Flutter (mobile apps)
Node.js / NestJS (backend)
REST APIs & WebSockets
Real-time systems & background jobs
AWS / GCP
Databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
Google Maps / distance-based pricing logic
Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay or similar)
Experience with delivery, logistics, or hyperlocal platforms is a big plus
Who You Are
510+ years of hands-on engineering experience
Have built and shipped real products (preferably mobile-first)
Comfortable taking ownership, not just tasks
Understand startup trade-offs and MVP thinking
Interested in building something meaningful, not just a job
Open to equity-first compensation
