Technical Co-founder (AI/ML + GenAI)

About the opportunity

We are building an early-stage AI venture focused on the future of child care and mental health — combining AI, speech intelligence and behavioural insights to create meaningful technology for the next generation.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You could be a student, early-career engineer, independent builder, or working professional exploring your next breakthrough. Your current designation matters less than your technical ability, curiosity, ownership and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical architecture and development of the product.
• Build and integrate AI/ML, GenAI and speech/audio intelligence capabilities.
• Develop backend services, APIs and supporting infrastructure.
• Work closely with the founder on product architecture, experimentation and MVP development.
• Convert concepts and prototypes into working, scalable technology.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical decisions and execution.
• Collaborate on product, UX and the technology roadmap.

About the Founder

The founder brings 12+ years of experience across Banking & Financial Services, Technology, and Learning & Development/Operations, along with previous founder experience generating 1.5+ crore in revenue and recognition through a technology funding/innovation award.

His experience spans Product Strategy & Frameworks, Product Architecture, Project Management, Technology, and BFSI operations, with hands-on involvement in shaping and building technology products.

The technical co-founder will complement this experience with deep hands-on AI/ML and engineering capabilities, creating a strong combination of product vision + technology execution.
