KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in EoSDH and LAN/WAN/Networking.
- Expertise support channel with the global TSC teams, Optics L3 TEC, and Services PLM.
- Expertise in various tools in continuous improvement.
- Hands on experience on DWDM, OTN and GMPLS.
- Experience in diagnose and solve customer complex problems remotely.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Exposure in reproducing system test specifications, Performance Test Specifications, Test Plans, and other documentation for product recommendations.
- Exposure in simulating customer problems in a lab environment.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Demonstrate technical projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or oversee small teams.
- Provide leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
- Share initial ideas for the professional direction of their organizational unit.
- Expertise and deliver advanced system troubleshooting methods, such as system-level tracing, debugging, and protocol flow analysis.
- Identify, reproduce, and characterize defects, collaborating promptly with R&D teams.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and report creation.
- Support technical activities in early product phases (releases, pilots, trials, and early projects).
- Provide technical support for NOKIA 1830 PSS (OTN) products.
