Thrymr Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation

• Support product development, testing, and implementation phases

• Participate in client discussions, requirement clarification, and solution planning

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma

• Familiarity with SQL, Postman, Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and documentation

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is a plus
