Position: Tech BA
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business, data, and architecture teams for CRM-to-CDMS migration
Gather and document data migration requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise data models and CDMS standards
Prepare data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and data lineage documentation.
Define validation criteria and participate in data reconciliation, integrity, and cleansing cycles.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for migrated customer and relationship data.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream system owners to ensure data flow continuity post-migration.
Support decommissioning of the legacy ECRMS system and transition reporting to CDMS.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of CRM data domains (customers, relationships, hierarchies, FCR).
Expertise in data mapping, profiling, lineage, and governance.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; ability to work with JSON dataset previews.
Excellent documentation and communication skills bridging business and technical perspectives.
Experience
58 years as a Business Analyst in data migration or master data management (MDM) within banking.
Prior experience with enterprise data model adoption and multi-system data flows.
