Job Role: - Technical Business Analyst

Job Location: - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct performance testing and optimization for applications and infrastructure to ensure scalability and availability

Monitor system reliability and implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities

Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets

Provide debugging and support for applications, with a thorough understanding of REST APIs

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Conduct technical and functional analysis of institutional platforms and applications, including documenting current and target states.
• Gather requirements and technical information through coordination with stakeholders across development, architecture, quality assurance, and subject matter expert teams.
• Manage and maintain design documentation, which includes functional specifications, process flows, technical architecture, sequence diagrams, data flows, and integration details.
• Familiarity with wealth management, virtual assistants, large language models, and their implementations.
• Understanding of both functional and non-functional design documentation, technical architectures, process flows, and integration specifications.
• Experience with production support, incident analysis, and identification of improvement areas.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, and Confluence.
• Good understanding of technology stack, N-tier architecture, UX/UI principles, APIs/web services, business workflows, and SQL queries.
• Ability to understand business objectives; collaborate with users to define business and system requirements.
• Skills in analysing and evaluating business processes, procedures, work practices, and recommending improvements.
• Use of AI tools for data analysis, leveraging AI for productivity (like prompt engineering), and understanding AI fundamentals
• Experience working in agile environments, planning, leading, and organizing project teams, writing user stories, and ensuring delivery of business value.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
