Role Requirements :
Education & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a business/technical/scientific area.
Experience
Min. 8-10 years in Development IT with min. 2-3 years in R&D Pharma development.
Good experience of min. 5 years in collaborator management, business partnering with exposure to lead teams in multi-functional complex technology landscape.
Be the Liaison in understanding the business expectations and requirements.
Strong understand of demand management, project management from start to finish.
Good communication skills with ability to influence the collaborators.
Ability to work in an agile changing environment and adaptive to changing business needs.
Self-starter with motivation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Able to report to management on metrics and performance.
