Role and Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into clear user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate requirement discussions, project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status updates.

Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Support project planning, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking activities.

Research emerging technologies, AI tools, and productivity solutions that can improve project execution and delivery.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for requirement management, documentation, reporting, testing, and development workflow
