Technical Business Analyst

Skill Set:

1.Strong knowledge on general insurance products.

(Motor,Property and casualty,Travel,Health,Marine,etc)

2.Knowledge of the end to end insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must.

3. Hands-on exp. with SQL and API Integration.

A Good Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage

4.Good communication/interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:

1.Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

2. Requirements elicitation and System solution designing. (Must have skill)

3. Define the customer journey. (Must have skill)

4.Coordination with development team on project planning & deliveries.

5. Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.

6. Understand business priority and drive the Business process / development
