We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst to join our large-scale transformational initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Business and IT, acting as a critical bridge to streamline processes and manage complex dependencies. You won't just be gathering requirements; you'll be a steward of our data and a driver of agile delivery.

Requirement:

1. Advanced Excel & Data Interpretation: Proficiency in managing complex datasets and extracting actionable insights.
2. Firmographic Knowledge: Deep understanding of business attribute data to support stewardship functions.
3. Strong Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to decompose complex business problems into meaningful technical components.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, CS, or Technology (Advanced degree is a plus).
• Tech Stack: Mastery of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project), Google Suite, Jira/Atlassian, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Methodology: Proven experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Soft Skills: A firm yet flexible approach, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a global matrix environment.
• Detail-Oriented: A methodical worker who thrives on meeting deadlines and delivering uncompromising quality.
