Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong exposure to the Banking domain and MuleSoft integrations.
- The candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, with hands-on experience in mapping sheets and integration-related artifacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare mapping sheets, functional specifications, and interface documents
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (MuleSoft/API teams)
- Understand banking processes and translate them into system requirements
- Support MuleSoft-based integrations by providing clear BA artifacts
- Participate in discussions, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions
Key Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis skills in the Banking domain
- Experience with MuleSoft concepts and integration flows
- Expertise in mapping sheets, data mappings, and requirement documents
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SDLC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in BFSI integration projects
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
